Citation text line OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being injured in the event of a collision or roll-over while driving logging trucks. (a) On or about October 30, 2013, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not instruct and/or enforce the utilization of the seat belts by operator(s) engaged in log hauling using the 1987 Kenworth loggiing truck. Note: Abatement certification AND documentation are required for this item.
