MEMORANDUM DECISION The Court reverses the portion of the bankruptcy court's judgment that awards Twin Falls $128,151.55 for "costs and expenses" Twin Falls incurred in the state-court action. The judgment is affirmed in all other respects. The case is remanded to the bankruptcy court with instructions to enter judgment consistent with this ruling. The bankruptcy court's denial of Visser's Motion to Alter or Amend the Judgment is affirmed. The parties shall bear their own costs on appeal. AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED and REMANDED IN PART..
