29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Residential Construction Site, Lot 14, Block 9, Biltmore Subdivision, Oakwood, Meridian, Idaho - Lots 14 and 9: On or about June 21, 2018 and at times prior thereto; framers working on a partially sheathed, multi-pitch roof with up to a 9:12 slope, and they were not wearing fall protection; exposing them to falls ranging from 10-20 feet onto concrete ground.
