(b) On or about December 16, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the Nissan 35 forklift (SN# KPH01A18PV) was not examined to determine if the tire pressure in the front, pneumatic tires was adjusted properly. (c) On or about December 16, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the Nissan 35 forklift (SN# KPH01A18PV) was not examined to determine if damaged overhead guard maintained structural integrity. (d) On or about December 16, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the Nissan 35 forklift (SN# KPH01A18PV) was not examined to determine if the operator's manual was present and in legible condition.
