A1A Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1387078, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5865 S Stockport Avenue, Meridian, ID 83642. |

Harnesses were not worn properly, including D-rings located in the lower back. Workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 - 30 feet.
