Complaint What Happened	During the summer of XXXX I had tests done at XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX My responsibility for that testing came to {$420.00} which we paid with a check that was cashed by XXXX. This was about the same time that XXXX started using an off-site billing service. They no longer have anyone within the medical group that you can call and speak with. The bill ended up being sent to a collection agency that contacted us. We provided that agency with the check number and the financial transaction number along with date of payment, XX/XX/XXXX and when the check was cashed. The electronic check number sent by XXXX XXXX was XXXX processed on XX/XX/XXXX, confirmation number XXXX was told at that time that the issue was resolved. Apparently on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX sent this account to another collection agency. I just got off the phone with them where they initially said the bill was {$100.00} more than originally stated, When I called them on it they stated they had misspoke and the bill was {$420.00} and they confirmed that it was sent to them by XXXX. When we try and contact anyone with the XXXX system we are transferred to their contract billing office and told the amount was sent to collection.
