I didn't know what why the harassment was about until I received a false, deceptive and misleading debt collection attempting to convince me that I owed a debt to another? collection agency 10 years ago! what???

I was unable to obtain 2 of 3 online credit reports promised by your company in spite of the fact that I provided all the necessary privacy information requested. In addition, in order to obtain my free annual credit report via mail, I was required to submit highly sensitive personal and financial information in hard copy form through a much less secure and accountable system, the US Mail.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this service and I feel I have been victimized by a faceless and anonymous entity committed to defrauding the consumer through the promising of a free and vital service only to be made vulnerable to a well-established network of highly skilled and nefarious entities who prey upon the trusting and nave.
Recognizing that my complaint will fall upon non-existent ears, and that I am pleading my case to a system committed to self-preservation through the continuation of the suppression of the voiceless and marginalized I fully intend to publicize and vocalize this complaint to all regulatory bodies.

This collection agency never delivered a dispute/debt claim communication. Will not answer any attempt of communication for verification of claim debt. They published collections on XXXX as XXXX XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/year>.
There is no possible way that belongs to me from that date. They have not and will not provide any proof as requested even by XXXX. This company is in violation of FCRA.
They have not provided validation with in 30 days of request. The claim in false and they must remove the claim from credit bureaus and delete any files of collection from this case before more damages result from their fraudulent efforts.
