Complaint What Happened Round Point Mortgage LLC assumed servicing of our loan XX/XX/2023. At that time I had a perfect payment history. Despite making my payment to Round Point LLC each of the subsequent months since, they have continued to report foreclosure started each month to XXXX. Each month I have had to contact them and file a dispute with XXXX. This is the 3rd consecutive month they have falsely reported my home in foreclosure. Their negligence in accurately reporting our mortgage as an open, active, current, and never delinquent has caused my and my wifes credit scores to drop damaging our good credit. See attached files. Round Point states this is an issue they are having with XXXX.

Complaint What Happened Our mortgage was transferred to Roundpoint Mortgage/ payments beginning XX/XX/XXXX. When the mortgage was transferred there was a data leak and our savings account information was compromised and money was stolen. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX recovered the funds through fraud investigation. The savings account was deleted and a new one opened to protect the funds. I contacted Roundpoint numerous times to communicate they could not auto withdrawal the account explains the compromise and told them a new account was being established and we were going to set up biweekly payments. Roundpoint initiated withdrawal from the account despite being told the account was being deleted and stated we did not have sufficient funds and charged us a fee for returned check. No one from Roundpoint contacted us to inquire why they couldnt draw the payments. I sent the paperwork in to estsblish biweekky payments and was told it was all set up but the funds did not come out of the new account. I called and was told they could not establish till mortgage was paid 2 months in advance and they asked why we have missed a payment. I re explained the compromised account and that we were attempting to establish a new one for biweekly payments. The call taker refused to transfer me to a XXXX or XXXX. After being on hold numerous times I was told our fee had been waived under our 1 time forgiveness because Roundpoint was not the party who made the error. Roundpoint refuses to take responsibility for the data leak that compromised our savings account, attempted to withdrawal funds from a deleted account, and gave me false information about the establishment of our biweekly payments. We should not have to forfeit our 1 time forgiveness on an error made on their behalf. The call taker refused to transfer me to an XXXX or XXXX stating numerous time I could not talk to anyone else because there was no one else to talk to. Roundpoint says that all calls are recorded and I told her that I wanted the calls pulled and to speak to an XXXX that homeowners shouldnt be punished for these types of problems during a loan transfer. I was told that since my fee had been waived there was now no reason for me to speak to an administration. The biggest problem is the data leak. The company needs to be aware our information was compromised in the loan transfer. This is unacceptable treatment of a home owner. I have never missed a payment or been late on mortgage payments.

Complaint What Happened I had to change my autopayment because I had to change banks. Went in and setup autopayment. For some reason it only made one payment. Got notification a payment was missed they are unable to explain why it did not go through. I went in and setup autopayment again and it says it is setup. But since was on XX/XX/XXXX. It did not start till XXXX XXXX again missed autopayment. My letter stating autopayment was set up mentioned nothing about not processing the XXXX payment. So another payment was missed/ late. I have never missed a payment since I purchased this home. Since Roundpoint mortgage. Very frustrating convoluted process to get an autopayment processed. It can only be done online versus on the phone ... Their website is having issues and they are not willing to accept the fact that they are having issues. My account is current and supposedly set up for autopayment for XXXX XXXX But I have no faith in their system or company. I wish I could change providers. Ultimately I want the late fees removed and additional interest credited. I truly believe they have a system in place to intentionally cause issues that cause late payments and interest to create additional profits at the clients detriment. This should be investigated further. It is not fair to be stuck with a provider that I did not purchase a loan from to treat me like this and have no recourse...
