XXXX XXXX XXXX " located on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX WA XXXX '' alter the documents and forge it in order to get money from victims like me, they bought rental contract from " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' for place which I already left on mid of XX/XX/XXXX after I left early notice of leave, and trying falsely claim about {$9000.00} for many items include carpet replacement, early termination fees etc. this place I left on XX/XX/XXXX and they sated falsely I was evicted on XX/XX/XXXX. they forge the contract and removed name and sign of responsible party in contract which is one who was responsible for contract. This company should subject to Federal investigation due to forgery practice.

My son left his apartment in XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX 2 months early that I had cosigned for him. A company called IQ Data INT was calling me day in and day out and when I returned a phone call back to them they were very rude when I told them they needed to be calling my son who was the actual contract holder and I was just the cosignor. They refused to call him stating I was in charge of this bill treating me like a child stating do n't you know what a cosignor is means you owe the bill not the person who signed the contract first or who was staying in the apartment and on and on. I even spoke to the supervisor and he stated that if I did n't pay this bill I would get turned over to collections and reported as I refuse to pay. I told him I never once said I refused to pay this bill you ca n't illegally report something. I told you to call my son to set up a payment plan. I had my son call them and they refused to speak to him stating his name was n't on the lease. I called XXXX at the apartment complex who was in charge of turning this over to IQ Data to collect on the bill and she stated she has no idea why they would n't speak to my son because he was the contract signor and I was the co signor. XXXX said she emailed them and told them to make sure his name was on there and if not add it so when he calls they speak to him directly not me. When my son tried to call back they were still very rude and refused to speak to him. I called back and they said XXXX did not send them any email and they were only going to deal with me paying the bill. I told them I 'm not paying this bill my, it 's my sons and you need to talk to him but if it were to get paid off in full what would the amount be they said they could give me a 20 % discount because that 's what the apt complex allowed for them to do. I told them I 'm not going to pay that I know for a fact you can take less to make this as satisfactory, paid in full. They said no we wo n't. You can pay that amount or not. I told them I was going to call XXXX back and deal with this bill through her as there tactics to trying to force you to pay this was not going to work with me. They said go ahead do whatever. Good luck and hung up on me. I called XXXX back and told them they still refuse to talk to my son and I would no longer deal with that company but her directly to get some sort of payment plan in place or this bill paid off. She told me she would not do anything. I would have to deal with IQ Data about this bill. I have received NOTHING in the mail about this bill or even who IQ data is. I am now taking this matter further to anyone necessary about how this company acts and talks to the client who has the debt owed.

IQ Data International, XXXX WA, contacted me on XX/XX/XXXX claiming to be an employer trying to follow up on a job application.
On XX/XX/XXXX they contacted my mother, XXXX, claiming to be a lawyer trying to resolve related to a criminal complaint filed against me.
on XX/XX/XXXX, IQ data contacted a friend of mine named XXXX, claiming to be an employer attempting to follow up on a position that I have allegedly applied for.
on XX/XX/XXXX I made contact with this agency, speaking with XXXX XXXX, who processed a payment for {$500.00}. After this payment was made, my credit card information was unlawfully stored and used again to process another payment in the amount of {$1200.00} dated on XX/XX/XXXX that was not authorized. I received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX stating that per a discussion on XX/XX/XXXX ( that never took place ) a post-dated payment was made. This agreement was not discussed nor approved.
This amount was disputed with my bank on XX/XX/XXXX, a police report was filed on XX/XX/XXXX to report fraud, and a formal complaint has been filed with Washington AGO.
No written correspondence of debt prior to harassing phone calls.
Use of automatic phone dialing systems. multiple calls per day, will call from multiple different numbers per day.

In XXXX XXXX I became ill and my brother took me to his home to care for me. He inquired as to what it would take to buy me out of my lease, They told us {$1400.00}, a 30 day notice and current months rent. I seemed to recover enough to go home at the end of XXXX , XXXX . But shortly after returning home I had a relapse and my brother decided I needed to move in with him and XXXX my sister in-law, so I could be cared for around the clock. On XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX and I went to the apartment manager and took them the {$1400.00}, the 30 day notice, and XXXX rent. The woman in the office said she could take the 30 day notice and XXXX 's rent, but explained I had to come back to talk to the manager. On XXXX XXXX , XXXX my caregiver XXXX and I went back to give th e manager the {$1400.00} I had to stay in the car due to my illness. The manage XXXX proceeded to tell XXXX that because I did n't give the {$1400.00} when I turned in the 30 day notice I would owe for XXXX also. XXXX explained that we tried to turn it in on XXXX XXXX but they refused it. I do n't owe them anything I did what I was told and they took the money the notice and the current rent. I have been fighting I. Q. Da ta ever since. I do not owe them {$880.00}. Because of this I may have lost a wonderful opportunity for me to get a nice apartment close to my family but still live independently.
