MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: Vezina's Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence under 28 U.S.C.§ 2255 Dkt. 1; CR-035, Dkt. 258 is DENIED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to file this Orderin both the criminal and civil case. Vezina's Motion to Appoint Counsel (Dkt. 2) is DENIED. The Court finds there is no need for an evidentiary hearing.
