29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) A section of the west facing interior wall, on September 22, 2013, and at times prior thereto, had a four foot wide opening spaning the deck to the double top plate that was without fall protection creating a nine foot fall to ground level.
