PC construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 656918, citation number 01, Item number 002a, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/13/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 567 Gable St, Meridian, ID.
