Complaint What Happened I paid off another account a couple of years ago with COLBRSRV and then they decided to add this debt to my report after I paid off the other debt. I have never been to XXXX before. I have asked for a copy of their investigation, but they refuse to provide it. I have also asked that a HIPAA Compliance officer provide signatures and any other documentation that shows that this is my debt, but nobody is providing anything. There are XXXX debts from XXXX on XXXX totalling XXXX and XXXX debt on XXXX totalling XXXX. Neither of these debts are mine.
