CMG Financial has been an extremely difficult to deal with since the inception of my loan. I wish I had never bought a house using this incompetent company as it has been the worst experience ever ; and has made me literally hate my house. Moreover, XXXX has repeatedly proven they do NOT know how to manage an escrow account correctly.
Most recently, XXXX was provided with my forced placed flood insurance renewal documents and failed to pay the renewal causing my policy to be cancelled for non-payment. As the policy was cancelled for non-payment, the premium increased from {$660.00} to over $ XXXX year. I confirmed my insurance company mailed the documents directly to XXXX.
I have reached out to XXXX on 4 occasions with Zero resolution to my questions and concerns. They have repeatedly ignored and " breezed over '' my questions as to why it was not paid and how they intend on reimbursing me for their negligence. They just tell me it's my responsibility to make sure they get them. I did make sure they got them and I provided the documents showing it was mailed to them, twice.
I am tired of this company screwing up my escrow account and taking no responsibility for their actions and negligence. This company has no customer service as they have consistently proven they don't care about their customers. They should not be allowed to write loans for ANYONE in my opinion. No consumer deserves to be put through the constant frustration I have had to endure for more than two years having this loan with CMG Financial.
