These hazards include but may not be limited to fall hazards ranging from 11 feet to 18 feet to the ground below when performing framing activities. b) The controlling employer, HHS Construction, LLC dba Boise Hunter Homes did not identify or have an effective system in place to identify and correct hazards to which their subcontractors were exposed. These hazards include but may not be limited to not wearing personal protective equipment (hard hats and safety glasses) when needed.
