29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) The controlling employer, HHS Construction, LLC dba Boise Hunter Homes did not identify or have an effective system in place to identify and correct hazards to which their subcontractors were exposed. These hazards include but may not be limited to fall hazards ranging from 11 feet to 18 feet to the ground below when performing framing activities. b) The controlling employer, HHS Construction, LLC dba Boise Hunter Homes did not identify or have an effective system in place to identify and correct hazards to which their subcontractors were exposed. These hazards include but may not be limited to not wearing personal protective equipment (hard hats and safety glasses) when needed. HHS Construction, LLC dba Boise Hunter Homes was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR1926.20(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1333471, citation 1, item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3842 Millbrook Way, Boise, ID 83712. The roof was estimated between 6:12 to 8:12 pitch.
