29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite: On July 21, 2011, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an approximate 13 foot fall while performing siding activities from a ladder jack scaffold without a personal fall protection system in place. Note 1) B. W. Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315027912, citation 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 23, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 2, Block 12 Timbersaw, Boise, ID. Note 2) B. W. Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315354789, citation 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July 30, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 5279 East Arrow Junction, Boise, ID.
