(b) Modern Pouch: On or about December 10, 2020 and at times prior, employees operating the Modern Manufacturing Pouch Machine are exposed to amputation hazards from in running nip points of the unguarded rollers on the Unwind Side of the machine. (c) Ro-An #2: On or about December 10, 2020 and at times prior, employees operate the Ro-An Industries Freedom Series Pouch Machine while being exposed amputation hazards from in running nip points of the unguarded rollers on the Unwind Side of the machine.
