Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) On the north side of the structure: On January 20, 2016 and at times prior thereto employees engaged in roofing and framing were exposed to fall hazards of 10.1 feet onto construction debris. Employer was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR Standard that was contained in OSHA Inspection 993435, Citation 1, Item 1a, issued on 10/9/2014; Final order date of 10/24/2014 with respect to the work site on the corner of Pine Tree Village Town Homes , Boise, Idaho.
