Abatement certification and documentation ARE required for this item. JB's Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1044868, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 912, 1208 E. Radiant Ridge Drive, Meridian, Idaho. |
