Complaint What Happened	I have been working with XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX on a reverse mortgage and his contact in is XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/2020. I completed the credit course in XXXX and had an appraisel on the house XX/XX/2020. The appraiser is XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX # XXXX. He submitted the appraisal XX/XX/2020 and have been asked a number of times to submit some additional comparison home which he has refused to do. Mr XXXX and myself have given him some houses but he did not use them. AS of now I have not gotten my reverse mortgage and time is running out.
