29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) Note: If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502: a) Roof of RV Garage: On June 1, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were installing roofing on a 6 inches in 12 inches pitch roof at a fall height of over 13 feet without fall protection. K. D. Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) that was contained in OSHA Inspection #106515 Citation # 1 Item 1, issued on October 1, 2011; Final Order date of November 2, 2011 and with respect to the work site at 5552 N Forbes Ave Boise, Idaho.
