Notes MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER - Danas Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Dkt. 24) is DENIED as MOOT. Corizons Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 39) is GRANTED. Corizon is dismissed as a Defendant from this case WITH PREJUDICE. Dana will not be allowed to amend her claims against Corizon. Defendant Adkisson and Tewalts Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 32) is GRANTED. Remaining State Defendants Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 57) is GRANTED in PART and DENIED in PART. Dana may proceed with her Eighth cause of action against Defendant Smyth.
