The employees were exposed to a 17 and a half foot fall hazard to a sidewalk or grass. Western Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 106543, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 5, Blk 1 Cabella Creek, Meridian, ID 83680.
