By separate communication from the Court, the Court will initiate the process ofrequesting that the parties file a stipulated list of available trial dates. The Court notes that the parties were to engage in mediation by July 26, 2019(Dkts. 87, 91). It does not appear that any such mediation has ever taken place or that the deadline for doing so has ever been extended. Therefore, on or before February 14, 2020, the parties shall submit a joint status report updating the Court on the status of the action, includingthe status of any previous or scheduled mediation.
