I settled a debt with Nissan Motor Acceptance. The settlement was handled and process through a 3rd party, XXXX Solutions. The account originally charged off in XX/XX/XXXX. After receiving the XXXX settlement Nissan updated my credit report reflecting a missed payment for XX/XX/XXXX that is incorrect. My final payment was set up for XX/XX/XXXX and was drafted from my account on the XXXXThis FP ( failure to pay ) or CO ( charge off ), depending on what bureau is reviewed needs to be removed. It reflects a recent delinquency which is false and negatively impacting my credit further. My final payment was due in XXXX on the scheduled date and successfully processed. I want all my bureaus updated correctly and not to include false information. Nissan assured me that there would be no new negative activity, but only an update that account was settled.

Complaint What Happened |
On XX/XX/2023 I sent NMAC ( Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp ) a letter requesting them to update and remove a voluntary repossession from all of my credit bureaus, including the ones that most consumers do not know of ( XXXXXXXX XXXX. ) Because I had spoken with several representatives via phone and this is what they had asked me to do in order to get it taken care of officially and legally. I didnthat, and got a returned delivery receipt via the USPS on XX/XX/2023 that it had been received by someone at their address. In have since heard absolutely nothing from them and when I call, they tell me there's nothing they can do. This is frustrating because that car which my husband and I turned in, was worth double what they sold it for, and they tacked on fees so it was less than half, conveniently, of what we owed on it. Someone got an awesome deal on our XXXX XXXX! Now, since we were screwed on the repo, they are still screwing both of us now because it has been LONGER THANK 5 years to the day since the car was turned in back to them. They received the letter and signed for it but I have heard absolutely no response from them at all and they refuse to transfer me to that department claiming that department doesn't have phones! Ha! I was assured by Nissan motors acceptance corporation that if I had written a letter and sent it to them with proof of delivery which I did, that they would take care of it and remove it from my credit report and only go after my ex-husband 's credit report for the balance for the remaining few days that it would be on the credit legally, since it has been 5 years nearly to the day. They have done nothing to help me at all whatsoever after they said that they would!

To whom it may concern.
On XX/XX/XXXX I was checking my credit as I regularly do and noticed one of my scores was XXXX -- that would be a 30 % decrease in my score in a matter of months with XXXX activity on my part.
Upon review, it turns out that a XXXX Infinity was purchased and ultimately repossessed, auctioned and sold. The account, charged off. That charge off is what is on my credit along with the late payments from the auto.
With that, XXXX shows an account # XXXX in my name XXXX XXXX and my ssn but not my Idaho address. The account shows at : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX Please remove and repair my credit report to the good standing it has been for 22 years.
Thank you.

Complaint What Happened |
I disputed a " 60-day late payment '' Nissan reported to XXXX and XXXX. I leased my XXXX XXXX in XXXX. When my lease was up in XX/XX/XXXX, I got a loan through XXXX XXXX XXXX to buy out my lease. The loan officer, XXXX XXXX called Nissan XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and the agent gave her the payoff. A full amount payoff check was mailed from XXXX XXXX XXXX before my lease ended on XX/XX/XXXX. Now, approx 15 months later, Nissan is has reported a 60-day late payment on my credit reports. I first called Nissan and they said to simply file a dispute with XXXX and XXXX. I filed a dispute with both companies by giving my account of the lease. XXXX and XXXX sent the information to Nissan and Nissan denied the dispute. Next, I contacted XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX and she wrote a statement verifying the details of the payoff. I disputed the inaccurate, 60-day late payment reporting from Nissan and attached the letter from my loan officer, who is now the branch manager, XXXX XXXX XXXX She clearly remembers the situation. She sent the tax and title fees directly to the State of Idaho. Nissan was claiming the tax and title fees were supposed to be sent to them. XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX called Nissan multiple times and informed them that in the state of Idaho ( a non-title holding state, ) the financial institution sends the money for the tax and title fee directly to the state and the State of Idaho mails the title to the lienholder. They finally sent the title to XXXX XXXX XXXX several months later. I have the supporting document from XXXX XXXX XXXX or you may reach XXXX XXXX at XXXX. I have worked very hard to have an excellent credit score and Nissan 's 60-day late reporting dropped my credit score by XXXX points on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. This is the only negative item on my credit report.
