MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 32 Motion for Conditional Certification of FLSA Collective Action and Motion to Toll Statute of Limitations. Within fifteen days of this Order, defendant shall produce a computer readable list of all current and former on-site resident managers who have worked at any of the self-storage facilities identified in this action from October 9, 2008 to present.
