Car payments for {$7500.00} via XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to Toyota via their https : //www.toyotafinancial.comXXXX using my XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX as well as their XXXX XXXX are being accepted and then reversed resulting in interest accruing.
First payment XX/XX/XXXX accepted then reversed, tried again on XX/XX/XXXX after talking to Toyota Financial and XXXX XXXX. Payment accepted, remaining balance adjusted then on XX/XX/XXXX website says payment failed and balanced readjusted back to prior to payment.
There is no problem on XXXX XXXX end, I've made many eft payments using their routing and my account # s for sums much larger than XXXX. Researching online I find than there are other customers in the same time frame having same problem.
In addition their website notes ... '' As we are updating our website and payment experience, you may be asked to add your bank account information again. Once you add and save this information, you can access it for future use '' This problem needs to be acknowledged, fixed and all interest accrued because of the failure refunded to me and other customers.

Formal Complaint Against Toyota Financial Services for Unresolved Refund.
I am filing a formal complaint against Toyota Financial Services ( TFS ) for their repeated failure to process a refund of {$2900.00} for a canceled service contract. This issue has been ongoing for over three months, with numerous delays, reversals, and lack of accountability from TFS.
Background and Timeline : - Service Cancellation : I purchased a service contract through a Toyota dealership but canceled it on XX/XX/year>, after determining it was unnecessary. XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmed the cancellation and promised to issue a refund to TFS.
- XX/XX/year> : XXXX XXXX XXXX issued a refund check, but TFS rejected it due to insufficient funds.
- XX/XX/year> : I requested XXXX XXXX XXXX to reissue the check, which they promised to do, but the refund never appeared on my account.
- XX/XX/year> : XXXX XXXX XXXX issued a third check and confirmed delivery.
- XX/XX/year> : TFS confirmed receipt of the check and assured me the balance would be removed from my account within 24 hours.
- XX/XX/year> : I checked my TFS account balance through the app and saw the refund was applied. I took a screenshot for documentation.
- XX/XX/year> : Upon checking my account, I found that the refund had been reversed. I contacted TFS customer service, and they claimed the check was rejected due to insufficient funds, providing no further explanation.
Key Issues : - Repeated Reversals and Delays : TFS has confirmed receipt of multiple checks but has either rejected them or reversed the refund without explanation.
- Lack of Accountability : TFS continues to partner with XXXX XXXX XXXX, whose inability to issue valid checks is causing significant delays and stress for customers.
- Ongoing Financial Burden : I canceled this service in XX/XX/year>, yet the balance for the canceled service still remains on my account, causing unnecessary financial strain.
- Poor Communication : TFS has provided no written confirmation of the refunds status, leaving me to follow up repeatedly without clear resolution.

Toyota Motor Credit ( TMC ) is illegally withholding {$1900.00}, which should have been posted to my auto loan account through Toyota Financial Services ( TFS ) two months ago.
The details are as follows : On XXXX, TMC deposited a check for {$1900.00} from XXXX XXXX of XXXX, Idaho, which are funds that should have been posted directly to my loan account. I have attached a copy of the cancelled check along with the remittance advice.
My phone conversations with Toyota Financial Services customer service representatives on their 800 number always result in a dead-end. I have been met with a series of scripted answers to explain, avoid, and delay any actions on their part. Examples of their delay excuses and tactics are as follows : They would 1 ) forward my complaint to the resolutions department, ( 2 ) complete a special form that would be sent to that department, ( 3 ) post the payment within the next 24-48 hours, ( 4 ) email the resolutions department, and ( 5 ) have a supervisor return my call, which never happened.
Dates and times of my phone calls to resolve this matter are listed below.
XXXX ( 22 minutes ) XXXX ( 11 minutes ) XXXX ( 21 minutes ) XXXX ( 34 minutes ) XXXX ( 42 minutes ) XXXX ( 12 minutes ) On two occasions, the representatives CONFIRMED that TMC did receive the check from XXXX XXXX but could not explain why it was not posted to my loan account.
To date, TFS has made no attempt to post this money to my account. They must stop their illegal tactics of withholding money due to me and post the payment of {$1900.00} to my loan account immediately.

We paid off our lease, and our leasing company Toyota Financial Services failed to transfer the title for our vehicle to us. It has resulted in me and my husband getting stuck in a bureaucratic nightmare, compounded by the fact that we have now moved out of state.
We were customers of Toyota Financial Services when we lived in XXXX XXXX, we leased a XXXX XXXX Hylander. XXXX # : XXXX. We were good customers, and we satisfied all of our lease obligation / payments, and paid it off, then we opted to purchase our vehicle at the end of the lease. We have received this letter noting that the lien was satisfied by Toyota Financial Services but after calling multiple times they refused to take any further action to transfer the actual title to us. We never received a copy of the title sent to us when we made our final payment.
Now, we've moved to XXXX and realized that we need a copy of our title to register our vehicle. The issue, is that Toyota Financial Services never transferred the title to us in XXXX state. The company failed to file a statement of lien satisfaction or notice of recorded Lien ( Form MV-901 ) with the state. We also need an application for Duplicate Certificate of Title ( MV-902 ) sent to the commission of motor vehicles. Please see the attached denial letter for a duplicate title from the XXXX Department of motor vehicles dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that the title was issued to our leasing company and that it was not properly transferred to us.
I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with Toyota Financial Services and in turn with the XXXX Dept. of Motor vehicles, writing, calling, and emailing both of them to get this resolved.
Simply put, we paid off our car, we own the car, period. I am so exasperated at how we have been treated as customers in what should be a routine process, I am at my wits end.
