ORDER notifying parties that two additional cases have been consolidated with this case, CV 09-127-S-BLW and CV 09-122-S-BLW. Granting 21 Motion for Reconsideration. Defendants shall file a Motion for Dismissal within 10 business days after entry of this order. Deeming as moot 17 Motion to Supplement the Complaint.
