| Notes | MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER - IT IS ORDERED: Byers' Motion to Amend/Correct Complaint (Dkt. 32) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Byers may amend their complaint to add L. Jones, Chartered PA as a party and to extend their claims of breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence/legal malpractice, and fraudulent misrepresentation to all Defendants.
