Workers access this area to sweep onion residue. c) On or about October 19, 2018, or prior thereto: The conveyor fed by the return conveyor had an underside, or return feed, that was was not protected or guarded. Workers were exposed to a pleated conveyor that was measured at 56 inches above ground level above an aisle way. The underside of this conveyor was not protected or guarded.
