Complaint What Happened Welchert Financial Services failed to pay the first half of my XXXX property taxes out of my escrow account, despite full funds in my account to do so on time. XX/XX/XXXX I received a Delinquent Property Tax statement from XXXX County Treasurer in XXXX, Idaho, with a late charge of {$24.00} plus an interest payment of {$12.00}. I am fortunate enough to have funds available in my checking account, and I am never ever late paying my bills. Therefore, I called XXXX County Treasurers office and paid the whole year 's worth of XXXX property taxes plus the late fee and interest charge. Then the same day, XX/XX/XXXX I called Welchert at XXXX and spoke with XXXX. She said payment was made in XX/XX/XXXX for {$1200.00} for parcel XXXX. Right amount and parcel number, so, I called XXXX County Treasurers office at XXXX XXXX and spoke to XXXX, who said there was no record of my property taxes having been paid by Welchert in XX/XX/XXXX. So, I called Welchert back and spoke to XXXX and I told her my taxes were NOT paid by Welchert and she opened up a case. I called again XX/XX/XXXX to follow up and there was no status change. I called Welchert again XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX, still no status change. XX/XX/XXXX I emailed a PDF of my original tax bill and the delinquency notice to Welchert Customer service. XX/XX/XXXX I called Welchert yet again and spoke to supervisor XXXX, still no status change. I called XXXX County Treasurers and finally got them to email me a proof of my paid taxes, interest and late fee and I emailed that to Welchert Customer service. XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from Welchert saying they are working on the issue. This has gone on long enough with no resolution.
