29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) Building C: On March 13, 2024, employees were exposed to a 27-foot fall hazard while performing roofing activities on a 5:12 sloped roof without fall protection. Vision Investments, LLC dba Elite Roofing Systems, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1583965, citation number 1, item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 15, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Building 4, 4th and Olive, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. Vision Investments, LLC dba Elite Roofing Systems, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1402058, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 27, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 790-796 Trails End, Idaho Falls, ID 83402.
