These hazards include but may not be limited to fall hazards up to 14 feet while performing roofing activates on the overhang without the use of fall protection. b) 600 E Riverside Drive, Eagle, ID 83616: On or about March 17, 2022 and at times prior thereto; the controlling employer, Dave Evans Construction, LLC did not have an effective system in place to identify and correct hazards to which their subcontractors were exposed.
