(a) 1534 3rd Avenue North, Lewiston, Idaho 83501, Maintenance work area/west elevator facility, on or about July 11, 2023 and at times thereto, employees were exposed to serious injuries from unregulated compressed air used for cleaning floors, surfaces, parts, and equipment which exceeded 30 psi.
