Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. a) On or about September 11, 2013, in the Main Fabricating Shop - The circuit breaker panel rated at 110 Volts was not labeled to indicate its purpose. The circuit breakers were for the lighting system of the manufacturing area. Abatement certification is required for this item.
